The Milwaukee Warranty Every MILWAUKEE power tool is tested before leaving the factory
and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
MILWAUKEE will repair or replace (at MILWAUKEE's discretion), without
charge, any tool (including battery chargers) which examination proves
to be defective in material or workmanship from five (5) years after
the date of purchase. Return the tool and a copy of the purchase receipt
or other proof of purchase to a MILWAUKEE factory Service/Sales Support
Branch location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid
and insured. This warranty does not cover damage from repairs made or
attempted by other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, abuse, normal
wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
The warranty period for V28, M12 and M18 Li-Ion Battery Packs is two (2) years from the date of purchase. XC M18 Battery packs carry a (5) year warranty. The warranty period for Ni-Cd Battery Packs, Flashlights, Radios, and Professional Hoists (lever, chain, and electric) is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
*The warranty period for Portable Generators is two (2) years from the date of purchase.
THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MILWAUKEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS.

We install large yarn creels for the tufting industry. We may install as many as one thousand 1/4" fasteners a day and the 18V Cordless M18 1/4-in Hex High Performance Impact Driver - 2650-80 never lets us down. Power from full charge to depleted battery is almost constant. No more air hoses or extension cords on our jobsites.

I have used DeWalt, Ryobi and most recently Hitachi drills and impact drivers. I thought the Hitachi was a good solid product that would be hard to top. Well, after just 2 days of using just the impact driver, it is clear that the Milwaukee takes it up to another level of quality.
One of the 1st things I noticed was how much quieter the impacts are.Not that this even crossed my mind when using the other guys, but it is noticeably more powerful to boot. Then you add the LED light (nice touch) and the battery life indicator (love that) and you have a great product. The case fits the tools perfectly and the belt loop fits great. It just seems that Milwaukee thinks of everything for the pro user. For the DIYer, you just cant do any better than this combo. And , of course CPO was great - fast accurate Service.

I have two sets of these, one for home, one for my farm, and have given another as a gift. Love them. A little higher than the throw-aways, but well worth a little extra. And it certainly not worth paying more for other brands. The auto-light on the drill is nice in dark spaces. The chuck is quick, easy, dependable.
