This little rotary hammer is great for setting anchors in masonry (stone, brick and concrete). We have many 12 v batteries so we can work all day.

SDS Plus Rotary Drill
I use this Drill to drill penetrations through block walls for CAT-6 data cable. I have drilled through block walls over 2' thick with no problem. It is awesome because of it being cordless and having a compact size that makes it convenient when getting into ceilings where I have to drill.

Just as expected
Use it for tapcons and small anchors in concrete and masonry. Got sick of wailing away in solid concrete with a hammer drill for what feels like an eternity, killing bits and batteries, just to put in a tapcon and start all over again. This is a much much better solution. Great for drop ins in over head applications as well. Obviously it's somewhat limited in what it can do, but there's something to be said about having the right tool for the job. I think it's great.
