Really nice driver!
I used this driver to build a small bird feeder shed. Made things really easy. This driver has power galore! I love it! I bought this as part of a set , on sale with a drill and could not be happier. Because this is much lighter than my 18 Volt stuff it seems like I can get more done.

did not know how much use i get from this driver, works a lot better than a drill/driver.
I really like the chuck holds the bit without coming out.
the power is great, have to watch not to tightened to much & striped out.

Questionable reconditioned tool
Unfortunately this is my second recondition tool of this kind. The first impact driver I received would only work sporadically but look to be in impeccable condition when I received it. So I sent it back and the tool they sent me looks a whole lot worse with dirt and grit in the motor Vents. Now I understand that this tool has been used before but I figured it would at least be opened up and brushed out. There is also something metal that is rattling around inside. It doesn't seem to affect operation of the tool and quite frankly I'm tired of sending it back. So I'm going to just use it and see what happens. Spend the money and get a new tool! Lesson learned for me LOL

Defective reconditioned tool
Most people have really good luck with reconditioned tools. Mine showed up doa. I guess that's the chance you take when you buy a reconditioned tool. CPO swung into action however and got a replacement headed my way. I had to postpone the work I was planning on doing with it. But I guess I should have ponied up and bought a new tool LOL

Milwaukee m12 and m18 products are the best
I have bought and used many brands of cordless tools. I have wrenched for 40 years. Milwaukee is the best I have ever used. They are unbelievably good. Wish I would have bought them first. Better than snap on cordless by far

New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
  • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
  • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
  • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 120 days.
