After the sudden temperature change from -24 to 55 degrees, all the tires on both of my vehicles lost air. The inflator pumped up all 8 tires with no problem and with plenty of battery power left. 2 of the tires only had 5 lbs of air in them! I am very impressed with the unit.

Another great cordless M12 tool
Have used Milwaukee tools for a very long time, but I really love their cordless line. Have used other cordless brands, but they keep changing battery voltages so newer tools means more batteries...hate that. The M12 line is lightweight and very powerful for lightweight tools. The inflator performs very well, and the digital display makes using it a breeze. Compact and easily stored. Their is some noise, but I didn't buy it to blow up inflatable dolls, and I really like the ability to set the pressure and leave it until you hear it reach the setting and disconnect the hose....DONE

Handy, but could have been better as an M18
It's ok, I have no idea why they didn't make this an M18 tool. It's fine for bikes, ATV and small cars, but it barely got one truck tire aired up though.

Works great, small and easy to use
Works great. Much better than dragging out the compressor and hose.

For me it replaced an older low end sears compressor I left in the garage just for tires and it was great to get that compressor out of the garage and stick this in a cabinet.

Loud but not as loud as a small standard tank compressor is. May need 2 batteries when your tires are really low or when doing big tires on a SUV.

Inflater for the masses
If you have any type of tires to fill or toys to inflate set it and forget it. Easiest way i know of to get all 4 tires within 1 psi in less than 10 minutes. install a battery, set the pressure, connect it to the valve stem and let it run. Once it stops the set pressure is displayed no fuss no muss. I check it against the TPI in a 2018 vehicle and after they normalized all tires were at the same pressure. Also used it to charge a water pressure tank, set it to the boiler pressure and let iot do the work.

Extremely convenient.
I’m a retired homeowner with many tires. Two autos, riding mower, yard cart, wheelbarrow, camper, hand truck, bicycles, etc. This M 12 inflator is great, it’s convenient, dependable, accurate and a timesaver. I don’t need to haul an air compressor with extension cords to fill a tire, sure this inflator is slower to fill a tire, but it actually saves me time in the long run. I already have several M12 tools and batteries and am very satisfied with all of them. Battery time for most uses (topping off pressure) is more than adequate with a 2Ah or 4Ah battery. If you need to fill several auto tires then you need a compressor, this tool will do it but you will need to be patient and recharge. Be sure to let it rest/cool after about 10 minutes of continuous use. It is great for most of my needs.

225 75 R 15 tire took 4 minutes from 5 psi to 35 psi
I bought the tire inflator and then bought a 6ah battery to go with it. For the first use, I had to top off 8 trailer tires. The tires are all 225//75R15. This thing is supposed to have a ten minute cool off time after ten minutes of run time.

I set a ten minute timer in my phone and let it go. The first tire had a slow leak and was only at 5psi. I set the inflator to stop at 35 psi. It was surprisingly quick, took 4 minutes to air up that tire from 5psi to 35psi. It's also fairly silent! It's actually quicker to inflate and quieter than my Kobalt 12 volt plug in inflator that I got from Lowes.

I ended up using the inflator for twenty minutes of total run time with a ten minute break halfway through. 3 tires required going from 45 to 55 psi and three others required going from 30 to 35 psi.

The 6 amp hour battery was showing half charge on the display when I was finished. Just to note, that is a brand new battery, it should get better after a few charge cycles.

On a completely flat tire. How long to get to 32psi?
A shopper on Jul 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It all depends on the tire size. A tractor tire (by tractor I mean a farm tractor) that holds 32psi is gonna take longer than a car tire holding the same psi. Holds the same psi but more volume. I pumped up a dump trailer tire (275/70R18) the other day to 80psi from 40psi. Took less than 2 minutes. Hope this helps!
