Awesome ratchet
I use this everyday. Gets into tight areas very easily. Great for engine or interior work.

Great product
Great product. But I bought over $1200 worth of Milwaukee tools. Got ZERO merch. Should have easily qualified for the set of 8 Milwaukee pint glasses.

Fantastic
I have the fuel 1/4" and the regular cordless 3/8" ratchets. My go to is the 1/4" if I can get the right socket to fit the nut. I will be buying the 3/8" fuel mainly because the power and feel is better in the fuel versions. That being said the 3/8" non fuel is still a fantastic tool.

This is the second one I've bought in the last 3 years because I like it so much and bought one for the shop where I work. I have a whole tool box full of Snap-on ratchets and time and time again I use this Milwaukee ratchet because it's fast, reliable, and has a great amount break away torque to get the job done. I highly recommend this.

Great ratchet!
My brother has the older version and I purchased this one based on the fact that he is a mechanic and uses it every day in a harsh environment. I hope this newer model holds up as well!

Works great
Works great, I'd just suggest that the batteries be protected more as sometimes when using it like a non-powered ratch to either loosen a bolt enough for the power ratchet to be able to turn in, or just giving that last little tightening to confirm you end up pressing on the side of the battery sometimes to get enough leverage and think I'm going to break it. Also would be even better if it was a little smaller and lighter in future updates. But overall a great tool.

i have an older cordless ratchet that the ball has come out of the head. can i buy just the head or is it cheaper to buy whole tool?

BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately, we do not carry any parts. You can contact Milwaukee directly at 1-800-729-3878. The agent will be able to assist you with the part replacement.
Any ratchet head options, such as a female 1/4" hex drive? Can the drive heads be swapped-out?
