surprised with the saw
Wasn't sure when I purchased it since it was a battery operated saw. I was surprised with the power and ability to cut. Great for indoor use and small cutting/

Very impressive!
This thing is a beast! I ran it recently to chop up a large oak limb that fell in my yard. I ran it for about 45 minuets straight and cut logs up to 9” diameter. When I was done the battery still had half charge left in it. I’m very impressed. It was well worth the money. I was worried that it wouldn’t have enough power but it has plenty.

Plenty of power.
I bought this saw in hopes of replacing my Stihl 018 in my regular cutting duties. I like to carry a 20” saw and also a 16” when in the woods. This power head really outperforms the 018. Has considerably more power and the battery life is the equivalent of 2-3 tanks of gasoline. The battery lasts so long that I recommend running a file across the chain about half way through. On a gas saw this should be done at every fill up. Keeps the chain performing like new at all times.

Strictly out of person preference, I upgraded the bar on mine to a Stihl 16” that is wider and sturdier than the one provided. The factory installed bar is too thin and weak for my tastes. Would be just fine for 99% of cutting. Would not survive being pinched and abused as bars sometimes are.
Felled and bucked this 9” ornamental cherry tree. Battery dropped from 4 bars down to 3.

Love it!
Love it! I am a homeowner and also own quite a few Milwaukee tools- my confidence is high in their products. Next time a tree falls in a Northeaster I can take care of it myself instead.

Very Impressed !
Bravo Milwaukee ! - I own 3 Stihl chainsaws, pulling, pulling, pulling, mixing, spilling, noisy & expensive to maintain 2 strokes; NO MORE ! - The future is definitely here, electric motors & high tech batteries have definitely arrived...

Incredible! The Batteries are PERFECT!
My Brother worked on the Moon Car and the foundation for battery operated tools we have today. I have bought and used them from the beginning in hopes of encouraging the tech. First version pretty much sucked. Second version was miles better and truly useful and tough. Now the good news. These Milwaukee's are the best design of batteries and tools. Great Power. Long Lasting Batteries. Match Battery to Job for Duration needed. I dare say BETTER than plug-in or Internal Combustion.

Top of the line, just like the rest of my Milwaukee tools.I
This is one bad ass saw. Plenty of power, light weight, and just fun to use. A limb approx. 10 to 11 inches had been ripped from a pecan tree in my Mom's yard which gave me an excuse to break out my saw. It ripped through the limb so fast, I was startled. It was a large enough limb I had to make several cuts to get the pieces small enough to load. It just kept on cutting and never bogged down. Impressed is an under statement!
