This impact has outperformed many others
I am a wireman for switchgear. I bought this impact on accident, I meant to buy the fuel. I needed it for work and honestly I can always use another impact. I figured I would just use this for a few weeks and get a fuel afterwards.

This was about 8 months ago. I use this at least 5 days a week for at least a couple hours at a time. This impact has been going strong and has even out lasted a few of the fuels that have had to go back for service. It has surpassed the fuel in driving self-drilling screws and tapping large 1/4+ inch holes for bolts.

I am more than pleased with this impact given the price. The only thing I have noticed is that it gets hotter than the fuel faster. It is also a bit larger, and not as smooth. I will be getting another fuel soon but this will always be a great backup.

husband proof!
Husband recently forgot our M18 impact driver outside in the snow and rain for 2 weeks. After retracing steps we found it laying under water in the back of a trailer behind our barn. Never thought it would work again, but after detaching battery and air drying them for a couple days, they both WORK!! Excellent product!

I bought the brushless combo kit and spent good money expecting a great product like Milwaukee has delivered before. But one day i was on the job and plugged in a new battery and it just decided to stop working. Never dropped it or abused it and didn't have it for two weeks.

Not good
I use this Impact roughly 4-5 days a week, anywhere from 1 hour non continuous to 3 hours. all the sudden the light stayed on, drained the battery, then when I pulled on the start trigger, it did not respond. Reversed it , it worked. back to forward, worked. Then it won’t work in either direction. Then it would work only reverse but reverse in forward position also. Take the battery off, put it back on, forward only wether switch was on forward or reverse. My little Makita lasted over 15 years. The guy at Home Depot talked me into this one. I am in the middle of a deadline project. Now i have no choice but to buy another one till they figure out what is wrong with my less than 6 month old driver.

Milwaukee works hard
Putting in a sewer wye, I dropped it in the pool of water. I set it aside to dry the next day it worked fine and has been working fine ever since.

Really good, but not the best
For starters, I am a professional. I use my impact almost everyday for extended lengths. The reason I bought the Milwaukee is to try another brand. I've had Makita and was replacing a DeWalt 20v. Building a dock, I dropped my impact in the lake. The battery was dead instantly. The drill hung on for a while, but it had problems from the beginning and the swim did it in. For the last year it had intermittent power. Would come and go. This is the only reason for my switch.
This is a great impact. You will not go wrong in buying it. So far I haven't used it much. I built a deck with it. Entire deck, 1 charged battery. It did everything the DeWalt did. Just as good.
A couple things to point out. It only has 1 led. DeWalt has 3. My main problem with the design. The grip isn't as comfortable as the DeWalt or Makita. It is large at the top, tapering toward the battery. As I use it, my hand slowly slides down the grip. Not much, but enough that very quickly my finger is pushing on the bottom edge of the trigger. I wear X-large gloves. I can only imagine this would be worse if someone had smaller hands.
The front of the impact gets really hot. Even after about a dozen screws, it we hot enough I wouldn't want to hold onto it. (Of course you don't have to touch it there) The DeWalt and Makita never got that hot.

Final determination. I'm going to give it to the guys and buy myself a new DeWalt. The grip is just so much more comfortable.
Other than that, you can't go wrong.

product does not match instructions
The instructions on page #3 explains the correct procedure to insert hex bit. To insert bit; push bit in. I could not achieve this, unless I pull the chuck collar up first. I went to the service center and found that others were the same way. I have a 2653-20 and it operates per instructions. Push the bit in and to release: pull collar up. Instructions and actual operation for the 2750-20 can't be both right! Milwaukee service center will not do anything and I'm too old to fight anymore. I took my money to the competition.

BEST ANSWER: Brushless motors deliver more run-time and run more efficiently due to the reduction in friction
