Details
Delivering up to 120 PSI, the M18 SWITCH TANK 4-Gallon Backpack Pesticide Sprayer (2820-20PS) delivers the power to spray up to 25 ft. away. The unique design of this backpack sprayer allows users to separate the tank from the base, so users can fill multiple tanks with different chemicals to prevent cross-contamination. The cordless backpack sprayer's frame includes wide straps to ensure comfort when worn for extended periods of time. The tank assembly is protected using Viton seals, increasing durability against harsh chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers and insecticides. A dual diaphragm pump built into the tank assembly extends the life of the unit. The tank features a wide opening to prevent spills, as well as a strainer to keep debris out. Five user-adjustable spray modes help control the flow of chemicals, while the REDLITHIUM XC 3 Ah battery pack (sold separately) pumps up to 12 tanks on a charge - all with no manual pumping.

Best electric backpack sprayer on the market hands down.

HVAC- EVAP. COIL CLEANING
As a HVAC service provider I bought one of these to clean indoor evaporator coils. There is enough pressure turned all the way up to clean coils, but the fan tip for this application could be a bit narrower......like 15-20 degrees. Other than the tip I'd give it a 5 star.

Wish I'd Gone With Another Flowzone.
I am in Pest Control Technician in Residential Pest Control so I was needing a sprayer that is durable, reliable, and powerful. I bought this sprayer a couple weeks ago and as my second sprayer along with my Flowzone Typhoon. Most of the reviews you will read on youtube and here are good so I thought why not. After 2 weeks of use I can confirm 100% that The Flowzone Typhoon is far superior. This thing is much heavier, it sputters if you wiggle left or right, it loses PSI Pressure when it gets past the 1 gallon mark and you cannot even use the last half gallon in the tank. I don't understand the point of having a 4 gallon tank if you can't even use the last half gallon. Why make it like that? Not just that but Today the darn thing lost it's PSI pressure right in the middle of a job. I finished the job, went home and charged the battery because I thought maybe it was low. That battery is 100% and this backpack is still only spraying level 1 pressure on high! It took me twice the amount of time to finish my last two jobs because this thing could not do its job correctly. I would not recommend this backpack if you are in residential pest control. Invest in a Flowzone. They are more reliable, they are powerful, and they are lighter weighted. I hate that I wasted money on this.

Works Great....A Bruiser To Use
I have used this multiple times and it works great. Multiple settings for strength of the flow and the unit is well built from what I have seen. My 5.0 battery has been adequate for most projects....drains faster on highest flow. Biggest downside is the weight. With battery and full tank it must weigh 50+ pounds, not really something I can carry around at my age anymore and even moving it off the floor to my tractor is a challenge for anyone with back issues. Solid product and heavy duty, with heavy also being the biggest issue.

good value
much better than any other backpack unit i have used. when full it is a bit heavy to get on your back (use a table or the tailgate of you truck) but once you have it on and adjusted correctly most of the weight is supported by the waist belt. the only real issue is the tank does not drain very well in use, i have to loosen the shoulder harness and allow the top to drop back away from my shoulders to use the last half gallon.

Downfalls to consider
The spray is a quality peace of equipment. The downsides are the sprayer thinking the tank is empty with a half gallon left in the tank, the sprayer wand is straight which is very awkward if you need to spray the top of plants taller than a 12 inches, and its weight I struggle to get it on my back unless it is on the truck tailgate or a table.

Can you buy extra tanks?
A shopper on Jun 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, of course, that is the whole purpose of this design. I purchased the water tank as well. The spray tank with wand has an integrated pump control on the wand trigger as an on/off switch for the pressure volume set on the base unit. The water tank does not have an integrated switch on the hose nozzel, requiring you to turn the base unit master switch on and off to control the flow of on/off
What is the dry weight of this unit?
Chad J on Sep 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The unit weighs 22.44 lbs.
