Great a value !
Preparing my garage for sheetrock. This Drywall gun is taking a lot of the "pain" out of it.
Currently using it to install ceiling strapping, and it's a great help. The Drywall install should also be much easier. I was surprised at the great condition of the Milwaukee drywall gun when it arrived. Glad I purchased it. No buyers remore here!

Replaced Very Old BD Screwgun
This screwgun replaced a very old BD screwgun that finally quit. BD does not make the proffessional line anymore. This Milwaukee is able to drive drywall screws into old hard studs in my older home.

Makes driving drywall screws a breeze
I like everything about this tool except the speed/gearing. To me, 4,000 RPM is 2X too fast, and I would prefer the tool were geared for a 2,000 RPM or slower top speed. What difference does it make if it takes one tenth or two tenths of a second to drive a 1-5/8 drywall screw? But a different gearing would double the torque and improve the controllability. That's my only beef. Maybe the pros like it at 4,000, but I would prefer 2,000 as a top speed, so I don't have th "throttle" the trigger so much.

New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
  • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
  • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
  • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 120 days.
